After the sunshine of yesterday it has been much more cloudy across the Peak District today. Nevertheless, with very little wind and no more that an odd spit of rain i8t has been another excellent day for getting out of doors. Lots of walkers around today enjoying the fine conditions.

It’s looking a bit more “iffy” for Bank Holiday Monday. Cloudy again and with freshening southerly winds. Probably dry for much of the day but by evening it’s odds on that it’ll be raining. It’s very uncertain as to exactly when the rain will start but the afternoon isn’t guaranteed dry. Waterproofs are advisable for anyone out walking after midday. The rest of the week is likely to bring unsettled weather across the Peak District with a lot of cloud and some rain on most days so, make the most of tomorrow.
